David Frizzell, little brother of '50s & '60s Country star, Lefty Frizzell, is best known for his 1970's & '80s #1 hits, 'I'm Gonna Hire a Wino to Decorate our Home' and 'You're the Reason God Made Oklahoma' with Shelly West.
