Mike grew up listening to his local Country station in the 70's and 80's. In the early 90's he finally got to be a DJ for the legendary KHAY in Southern California where he we was on the air for over a decade. He also ran a Country station in Alabama, just an hour and a half away from Nashville where he often visited. Mike has interviewed and met the likes of Lee Greenwood, Brooks & Dunn, Keith Urban, and even a 16 year old Taylor Swift.
